Dr. Perez was accepted into the prestigious Orthognathic and TMJ Surgery Fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Upon completion of his fellowship, he was recruited to San Antonio, Texas, to join the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry. Board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS), Dr. Perez has maintained a robust clinical practice alongside an active academic and research portfolio. In San Antonio, he served as Program Director of the OMS residency and as Director of the outpatient OMS clinic. He also maintained a busy private practice with a focus on orthognathic and TMJ surgery.

Dr. Lois Wilson established Wilson Dental of McLean with the priority to deliver quality care to informed patients in a comfortable and convenient setting. Dr. Wilson is passionate about providing the highest quality comprehensive dentistry in a caring and compassionate manner. Dr. Wilson attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville for her undergraduate studies in Biomedical Engineering and completed dental school at the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland in 1985. After graduation, Dr. Wilson joined the Army, where she was trained in all phases of traditional dentistry. Dr. Wilson continues her education in implants through the Triangle Dental Institute, the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education, and her affiliations with the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Wilson enjoys the challenge of a lifetime of learning making the practice of dentistry even more exciting and rewarding for her than it has already been. After many military moves both stateside and overseas, Dr. Wilson made Northern Virginia home. She has three children, and is delighted that Maurice, Leigh and Lisa are an integral part of the practice.
