Virtual childbirth preparation classes will help prepare you and your partner for your birth experience if your hospital isn't allowing doulas due to Covid-19. B*E*S*T doulas will help you achieve the birth you want and to support your wishes and goals. We don't make decisions for you or expect you to give birth in any particular way -- we give you the information you need to make good birth choices and support your decisions. I will help you with position that will help encourage baby to come down, engage in the pelvis and decrease the amount of time you spend in labor. I encourage you to explore your birth options, develop a wish list, and establish goals to help you achieve your wishes. I will help you navigate through the process as it unfolds. I do not take the place of a supportive family member or the birth partner. I complete the team by answering questions, giving suggestions, and providing additional supportive care to both of you.
