Eliminating ponding, prolonged muddy areas, poor water flow by troubleshooting a poor design. Prolonged muddy areas, retention area leveled to improve its percolation and quicker to be past holding water. Correcting grass/ ag areas that have been abused and dirt becomes hard packed and poor percolation. Drive ways, property access, RV and parking areas, placing pipe and culvert as needed. Solutions to eliminate ponding and muddy areas. Using decomposed granite or a material with proven subgrade for drives. Landscape pre-work preperation, this is grading a property before it is landscaped. Landscapers are not grading people, they make things smooth—and why I refer to them as “smoothers”. If the grade is not corrected, then you have a landscaped area that has water retention and drainage issues. Builders when they complete a house, do the finish grade on the cheap.
