Champagne Elevators was established in 1972 by Carroll Spraberry. The name came from Gayle Champagne Spraberry, Carroll's wife. It began in warehouse/office space on Labarre Road and was a division of Raftery Elevators. The company has been in its current location in Metairie since the early nineties. Our two story office/warehouse space also has a showroom of sample units. In December 2007, long time employee, David Winter, joined by his wife Lisa, purchased the company and it became a division of Winter Elevator Services Inc. The Winter's have continued the Spraberry legacy, managing the business as a family owned entity providing honesty and integrity in all matters.
