Saratoga Maple maintains a real Adirondack maple sugarbush on 100 acres in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. It's not open to the public, but it is a family operation and we make our maple products using traditional methods and with a lot of care. Established in 2010 by my dad as a bucket list item and with a "hobby" maple evaporator, we learned we could make great real maple syrup and have fun doing it! This quickly led to us expanding our equipment and moved onto a larger scale operation in 2015. We offer products that are made from New York maple syrup, including Maple Bourbon Syrup, Maple Bourbon Cream Spread, Maple Syrup Gift Baskets, Maple Candy, Maple Jelly, maple Coffee, gourmet buttermilk pancake mix, and maple gifts. Set in the beautiful Catskill Mountains of upstate New York, Roxbury Mountain Maple has been providing the region's finest, purest maple syrup since 2010. This is a new adventure on an old farm-an old farm with fifty acres of sugar maples. Years ago, some of the trees were tapped by hand and the sap was boiled down in an old sugarhouse that now serves as our bicycle shed. In 2011, the full potential of the property realized for the first time, with a new state-of-the-art sugarhouse, 7500 new taps in sugar maples, fresh inspiration, and, of course, our commitment to producing the highest quality, purest maple syrup and maple products available.
