We are a California State approved CNA training program in Sonoma County, dedicated to providing quality education for those interested in a career as a nursing assistant. Our CNA classes taught by licensed nurses approved by the CA Board of Nursing & Department of Health Services.

On any given day we're creating direct response programs to communicate with current customers, launching consumer promotions to create a spike in retail sales or managing incentive-based reports to motivate resellers.

Who We Are We are the chosen employee training provider for over 2,000 career colleges and universities serving both traditional and online institutions. Our principals are from the sector and our team is comprised of experienced professionals who have dedicated their careers to higher education. Our Mission Since the beginning, when Dr. Amir Moghadam founded MaxKnowledge in 2002, our mission has been to maximize performance of career colleges and universities through effective employee development solutions. Our Philosophy Besides interactive content and assessments, we believe effective online training must include peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and learning. Thus we created the Career College Lounge to provide an opportunity for our course participants to learn from each other in a social learning environment. Each course is fully integrated with a targeted performance group in the lounge, allowing trainees to participate in discussions as a learner or facilitator. The lounge also allows participants to post blogs and share resources. The lounge can be accessed at any time and course completers are encouraged to come back to the lounge to share their successes and challenges in applying what they acquired from training. The lounge has grown to become an online learning community of over 70,000 career college professionals.
