The EMPOWERED class for women is all about learning how to recognize and deal with potential threats before they become imminent threats. This is done by understanding who the typical predator is and what they look for in a potential victim, and more importantly, the qualities that deter an attacker. We combine this with learning true awareness, the ability to trust our intuition, and some simple physical escape techniques during the 2-hour classes. We offer a 4-week progressive program that expands on the 2-hour class. We also offer parties for birthdays, youth groups, or just a fun educational get together for young women (age 14 and up).
