From the salvaged doors that Susana's Dad made into our big prep tables to the pegboard on our workshop walls, our kitchen is the place for you to learn new skills the old-fashioned way...getting your hands in the bowl, putting the knife to the board and doing rather than just watching.

In 1994 Chef Gary Duane sat at the head table of his graduating class of The Culinary Institute of America. This was the beginning of a wonderful journey of sharing something America had lost a little of ... the joy of preparing and sharing a meal with those we care for.
