In 2003, PMTI's Founder and CEO, Yad Senapathy, was transitioning into a new role within his company, but the positions he most desired required or highly preferred a PMP® credential. Around the same time, his life & business partner Shobha was asked to get the PMP certification by her employer, so they both set out to earn their PMP designation.
As they searched for a solution that fit their needs, that of a working professional with a family at home, their search turned up fruitless.

Community Arts Experience (CAE) 501(c)(3) charitable organization is designed to empower individuals and communities to transform culture.
CAE provides an arts-infused alternative learning and training system that delivers evidence-based programs and services to positively influence moral behavior for children, their families, and their communities.
CAE’s organizational structure comprises four global service divisions designed to influence society for the common good:
1. Performing Arts Division
2. Health & Fitness Division
3. Media & Technology Division
4. Education & Development Division
CAE explores specific models inclusive of civic and community engagement projects, career and technical education programs of study, entrepreneurship, arts-infused learning activities, and family engagement capacity building. These offerings are designed to entice students organically by creating an attractive, relatable environment through combined family-friendly entertainment and intergenerational technology conducive to learning and well-being.
Each CAE branded workshop is built on four dynamic pillars:
1. Responsive & Positive Prevention Interventions & Supports
2. Holistic Approaches to Learning
3. College Planning and Workforce & Career Development
4. Parent & Family Engagement Mandate
CAE works with businesses, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and other entities to eliminate barriers that limit engagement and learning, including access to childcare, affordable housing, transportation, mental health, and substance misuse support, food accessibility, and more.
