Lowest Price DUI School Opens In East Tennessee State certified DUI classes are now being offered weekly in East Tennessee. Spartan Probation is conducting the only State approved DUI course, Prime for Life, in centrally located Sevier County. November's class schedule includes November 11th, 18th, and 24th.
