New Horizon Church serves the community by providing spiritual services as well as food and clothing for the community. As an outreach ministry, New Horizon Church also operates under the banner of the Community Enrichment Incubator (C.e.i.). As such, the C.E.I. is storehouse to programs and projects aimed at serving the community. Programs include such services as community referral to assistance and support organizations and agencies, youth music, arts and media instruction and programs of community self-sufficiency.

We offer services in guardianship, conservatorship, money management, springing power of attorney for medical and/or finances, court visitor services and training for personnel in health care, and related fields.
