Legacy A Convenience Experience was established in January 2012. A dream came true that the founder, Kenny "BJ" Williams, came up within Jacksonville, Alabama. Now the headquarters is in Tacoma, Washington. L.A.C.E. has a wide range of services to help locals in the community make life more comfortable for Tacoma citizens and stranded travelers. The company offers utility, bus and food assistance. Job counseling is given to those in need of help at any time. L.A.C.E. is primarily an online organization.
