I have been in private practice since 1989, with over 20 year's experience. In my practice I provide information about the court process as well as assisting clients in reaching agreement in regard to the issues they present. I welcome LGBT couples. In addition to mediating, I am an instructor of the court mandated class presented at the courthouse which is designed for parents; Coping with Separation and Divorce, A Parenting Seminar. I have also been instrumental in developing the curriculum for this class in committee with others. For 10 years I was director of the Vermont Family Court Mediation Program (VFCMP). In this role, I trained and supervised the mediators who are contracted with VFCMP, worked closely with court staff, judges, legislative committees and judicial committees.
