While talk therapy can be helpful to individuals needing emotional healing, life coaching is a better choice for those wanting to put into action their goals and desires. I help people clarify their authentic selves, embrace their talents, identify what they really want in their personal and work lives, identify those things that are now limiting them, and build a strategy toward achievement. This can be very helpful in the workplace, as those who are more fulfilled tend to have more energy and enthusiasm for work. Corporate coaching is a useful tool for any business. My specialty with private individuals is Intensive Coaching. I use a combination of traditional life coaching techniques and dream-work, role-playing, pattern reading, metaphor, collage and dowsing in my practice.
