Niets Property Management was started in 1954 when Attorney Harold B. Steinpurchased several four family apartment and townhouse buildings. He leasedthem to tenants under the business name Niets Rental Agency. Attorney Steinearned his JD degree from UW law school and received an honorable dischargefrom service as an officer at Fort Benjamin Harrison after the Koreanwar. Since 1992 the business expanded by adding apartment complexes,a commercial office building and a retail strip mall. Robert D. Stein (BBA-Accounting and BSME-Mechanical Engineering) and wifeKaren G. Stein (BS-Education) are the proprietors of the current entity. The familybusiness is committed to onsite service of tenant needs, and operating in full compliance of local and state building codes. Tenants enjoy comfortable well maintained properties with many amenities including snack vending, onsite laundry, updated LED fixtures, video cameras, high security lock systems and state of the art high efficiency boilers and water heaters. Investing in energy efficient lighting and heating systems are key to our business success.
