I have been appraising residential real estate since 2008 and am a Certified Real Estate Appraiser specializing in complex and unique properties. My expertise includes large acreage parcels, waterfront homes, distinctive architectural styles, and other properties that require deeper market analysis and advanced valuation techniques. Working with challenging assignments has refined my skills and strengthened my ability to produce credible, well-supported opinions of value. I provide appraisal services for divorce proceedings and am available for court testimony when needed. I also complete appraisals for pre-listing purposes, helping homeowners understand the value supported in their market, as well as for estate and tax planning needs.
