I had 30 days to cancel my contract with Manta and they said that someone would call me and that was the only way for me to cancel. so on the 28th day, after not hearing from anyone, I called them and they said it was already too late to cancel? so i called the BBB in Ohio and they had to tell them to cancel .. But hey, then they where all ready to cancel and refunded my money. She could have done that on the phone when I requested, it would have been simpler and saved a lot of time and expense for everyone involved.
