We have become the largest processor in Western Wisconsin for bear, elk, moose and venison processing from whole carcass animals, bone-in or quartered animals, and boneless trim material. Featuring over 19 different sausage products. Lastly, we run a specialized retail butcher shop open on Fridays and Saturdays running from April 1st through Labor Day. We source all meat categories from our very own production; a family farm located just 6 miles from our shop. Highlights include; 30-day dry aged beef, a variety of brat flavors, fresh cut bacon, fresh made sausages, jerky, and cut-to-order steaks.... all products made fresh each week.

I had 30 days to cancel my contract with Manta and they said that someone would call me and that was the only way for me to cancel. so on the 28th day, after not hearing from anyone, I called them and they said it was already too late to cancel? so i called the BBB in Ohio and they had to tell them to cancel .. But hey, then they where all ready to cancel and refunded my money. She could have done that on the phone when I requested, it would have been simpler and saved a lot of time and expense for everyone involved.

We raise all of our own beef, chicken, and pork. All natural, no growth hormones or antibiotics. All of our meat is USDA inspected, and our beef is graded USDA Prime. Our meat is vacuum sealed to lock in that farm fresh flavor. We sell all meat in individual cuts, family packages, and beef and pork by the half or quarter.
