Deer's Food Locker Our services include a sausage production for national retail accounts. In addition, we specialize in Wild Game Processing from September through January each year. We have become the largest processor in Western Wisconsin for bear, elk, moose and venison processing from whole carcass animals, bone-in or quartered animals, and boneless trim material. Featuring over 19 different sausage products. Lastly, we run a specialized retail butcher shop open on Fridays and Saturdays running from April 1st through Labor Day. We source all meat categories from our very own production; a family farm located just 6 miles from our shop. Highlights include; 30-day dry aged beef, a variety of brat flavors, fresh cut bacon, fresh made sausages, jerky, and cut-to-order steaks.... all products made fresh each week.
