Aloha, we are Laura and Richard Brown, owners of LRB Hawaii Dive. We moved to the Big Island in 2009 from Arizona. We lived in other areas, but when we discovered Puako, we knew that this was the place to be. Since moving to Puako in 2010, we have spent many days (and nights) snorkeling and scuba diving the shore of Puako, watching turtles, whales and sunsets from the beach across the street. We dive all of the local accesses here in Puako and are familiar with where the "Local Critter Celebrities" hang out.

CrossFit is far more than a 'fitness center'. We use no gym machines whatsoever, and our philosophy has nothing to do with body building or fitness goals based on aesthetics. CrossFit is "community fitness" based on weight bearing and functional movements that are utilized to protect the body and help people in everyday life.
