We're not just a dance fitness program, we also focus on building muscle through strength training. We use weights in every class to ensure we're building muscle which will make us stronger, leaner and healthier. We also assist our members with nutritional suggestions for the overall health of the body. You do not need to be a dancer to take our classes. They're simple moves that anyone can do and we have fitness professionals that cue you throughout each song to ensure the success of your 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minute class.

We offer guided trail rides on our horses on trails that wind through the trees, cross small streams & go up & down hills. Riders must be at least 7 yrs old & able to ride a bike without training wheels. We are located just 20 min south of Olathe, Ks out by Hillsdale Lake, Ks. We charge $45 - 1hr or $80 - 2hrs per person. Please call at least the day before you want to ride. We also do horse boarding in dry pasture for $200 a month. Horses have free access to brome round bales & automatic waterers. A campground/ horse motel is available for $30 a night. Includes w/e hookups, bathrooms with showers & a pen in the shade for your horse. There are 50 miles of horse trails in Hillsdale State Park accessible for you to ride at the end of the driveway.
