At the core of who we are, we are people who have some concerns with the current food trends and have started caring more and more about the quality of our food. We began to personalize the cliche "You are what you eat." We saw others who were concerned about the same things, so we decided to do something about it. Meat in "Big Box Stores" can come from anywhere (even other countries with unknown standards)! Many times you have no way of knowing what it was fed or how it was cared for. Knowing what some of our neighbors feed their cows, the waste products of local factories it grosses us out, so I can't imagine what other countries allow their cows to consume. We want to provide beef that anyone can know its origin and where there is transparency regarding the animals diet and health. As parents and grandparents this feels especially important to us, as we want to feed our family the healthiest foods possible and we know you do as well.
