Founded in 1974 by Bill & Janet Odom as a small backyard quail operation we have now grown into the largest and most respected quail supplier in the country. Second generation owner's Steven Odom and Brittney Miller are now carring on the family business practices by producing the highest quality products using the most sustainable farming practices available. We are a vertically integrated company in every aspect. We hand select our breeder flock to insure the best and largest quail which in turn produce all of our eggs for hatching in our brand new state of the art hatchery. We hatch out around 90,000 chick a week which are transported to our grow out facilities in specially designed temperature controled "chick trailer" to insure proper air quality and temperature during transit. Once the chick's are placed at one of our 3 different grow out facilities they are feed a natural blend of corn and soy beans. All birds are able to move freely and easily with in the house. Once the birds are mature they are brought in to our processing plant which is the only SQF level 2 certifed Quail processing facility in the USA. We employ over 100 people year round and offer a number of different quail items.
