We smoke pork, chicken, ribs, prime rib, hamburgers. We add no sauce because we believe that it the customer's privilege to choose one of our four special sauces made by us. We also have potato salad, coleslaw, hand cut french fries, beans, hot beans, Texas Red Chili, Shrimp, Okra and onion rings The menu changes according to the seasons and customer demand so there is always something new to try as well as the standards.
