Silver Angels of Roane, LLC serves Morgan, Anderson, Roane, Loudon, Rhea, Meigs and surrounding counties. Silver Angels provides non-medical home care services that allow individuals to stay in their own homes and still receive the care and support that they need to remain as independent as possible. Silver Angels was established to be an alternative choice to nursing facilities providing long-term care for seniors or disabled adults. Our services include in-home personal care, home delivered meals, personal emergency response systems, in-home respite (temporary relief for family caregiver), assistance with errands and shopping, medication reminders, prescription pick up, light housekeeping and more. We currently serve over 1200 persons throughout Tennessee and we are accepting any new clients who are Veterans, have long term care insurance or would like to self-pay for their services. We are a Choices provider as well.

Dr. Hoover graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Tennessee Medical School. He completed his General Surgery Internship and Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Texas Medical School where he was also the team physician for the Houston Aeros hockey team. While practicing in Texas, Dr. Hoover was Chief of Staff and Chief of Surgery at Sugar Land Surgical Hospital. Dr. Hoover currently is the medical director for Fort Sanders West Outpatient Surgery Center in Knoxville Tennessee, and Medical Director for Tennessee Orthopedic Surgicalists in Crossville, Tennessee. Dr. Hoover is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Arthroscopy Association of North America. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.
