UPM operates 30 injection molding machines ranging from 150 to 2,000 tons, including five presses at 1,500 tons or higher and three at 2,000 tons, across a 130,000 square foot facility on nine acres with approximately 300 employees. UPM is ISO 9001:2015 certified (Certificate #1715) and IATF 16949 compliant. Program documentation includes PPAP Level 3, First Article Inspection, and APQP. Services include custom injection molding, insert molding and over-molding, large-part and high-tonnage molding, design for manufacturability review, and secondary operations such as assembly, painting, silk screening, pad printing, ultrasonic welding, and PCB integration. UPM also provides kitting, packaging, and distribution support.
