We begin by reviewing your needs through a free in home conference. In home conference allows the client and their family an opportunity to meet with us, ask questions and talk about their needs. Then we will develop an individualized program to manage those needs. We will match your needs to the best possible caregiver, for your satisfaction. After the caregiver has been placed in your home we will continue our personalized care. A member of our management team will visit your home often for quality assurance evaluations. We will have frequent telephone communication with our clients. We will consistently communicate with your caregiver to ensure you are receiving the best quality of care that you deserve.
