Her role is multifaceted, including educator, mental health advocate, therapist, and scientist. She follows evidence-based guidelines combined with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition. In addition, she is well-versed in medication management and the utilization of genetic testing to assist with medication recommendations.​ Overall, she is dedicated to assisting others in optimizing their abilities to function and enjoy their life.

Chad is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). Chad utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a primary mode of therapy. He is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA). Chad has over 27 years experience as a private practitioner. He has a master's degree in special education where he worked over 10 years with autistic, learning disabled, AD/HD, and other various disabilities. Lastly, Chad is the 4-time National U.S. Blind Golf Champion.
