Alliance Counseling Services is a small independent agency where confidentiality and quality service is number one. Uniqueness of this agency is that it offers services that are not being met in other agencies in the area. Current counseling agencies in the area provide services between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM which is not convenient a large population that works or attend school during this time. Our agency provides services between the hours of 8:00 AM through 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays, and in home services for patient that are not able to attend in office. General mental health is only one segment of service as we work with a local community health center and other private practices, providing group therapy and Master Level case management in Chronic Pain; Diabetes; Asthma, and Cardio Vascular Disease to their patients. We also have certification in Critical Incident Stress Management serving local law enforcement and other federal agencies located in Santa Cruz County. We are paneled through AHCCCS and most insurance companies in the area and have very reasonable fees for patients without insurance. Each counselor works "pro-bono" with one family at a time, giving back to the community for those patients who fall between the cracks of care. We provide immediate service when needed and patients can be seen within one business day.
