Our Mission: To provide access to, and promote utilization of, qualified and stable mental health services to individuals and families in rural Minnesota. Empowering them to learn and grow through encouragement, understanding, and acceptance, so they are supported in the pursuit of their recovery vision. We provide individual and group services ranging from independent living skills and parenting education to Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services, or ARMHS. ARMHS focuses on behavior modification, cognitive restructuring, and stresses the development of client-centered goals, that have concrete outcomes. These goals can range anywhere from being able to balance a checkbook to learning about community resources that can be utilized in order to avoid hospitalization.
