I am a health coach and the best thing about being a health coach is that I have the opportunity to help people grow into the person they want to be. I teach people how to eat healthy and exercise but I mostly want to share with you the importance of wellness. Wellness isn't always a free flowing thing. You can't just buy it in a store. You have to practice it and from there it grows. Growing means change, change is feared by many. We must always change, renew and rejuvenate ourselves; otherwise we will harden!
