It was my dream to begin my career as a writer with a book that follows the written word truly as it evolved throughout history. Poetry was the first medium writers of the past used to tell tales because poetry was easier to remember and store in the mind. The written word has transformed itself into what we now have today (novels, theater, and film), and it was my hope to bring to light in today's world a taste of what used to be a part of the past. Today we live in a world with a vast array of literary mediums, but I aimed to write as the classic authors wrote, and I am very excited to release The Fallows to the people. Having once been in love and losing that love, I have been burdened by the feelings of finding that one person in your life in which you wish to share life's most intimate moments. Growing older, I thought I would never find that special someone in my life, and I wished to write a love story that would represent the love that I never got to cherish and have in my youth. The Fallows was a tremendous healing for me; and my walk across the USA for love, peace, and for our earth adds more emotion to the word of this book in hopes to save our earth in its most desperate time of need but also to inspire a world without war and the sufferings that war brings . Because how many deaths have taken place in history from war, and how many love stories have never gotten a chance to play out to their end? It is my sincere hope that someday everyone would find that special someone to love in their lives. For if everyone in the world would find someone to love, then we would never want to do anything to cause us to lose the love which we cherish so much. History is filled with romantic tales not only in poetry, literature, film, and theater but in our very own lives. Oh, how many hearts in the world have been broken? We live in a time in history where our media outlets are filled with sex and campaigns to lure us in to buy a product, and if we buy this product we will find someone to love. But how many people actually find that one person to love, that person they would walk across the world for a thousand times, that person they would die to protect as our very nation? In The Fallows you will find the longest written love scene that has ever been written in the history of literature. And I pray that the travails of the man and the woman in this living epic love poem will inspire you to love your wife or husband with a deep passion and your children.
