I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills to help individuals think about and engage with their worlds in the most helpful way possible, whether responding to specific life stressors, mood disorders, or struggles with self-worth, self-esteem, or body image. I work diligently to meet people where they are in a judgment free way and to help them to figure out their goals and how to meet them in a safe and healthy way. I also work with couples utilizing the Gottman method to help reduce conflict, build a strong foundation, and improve communication skills. I am continually engaged in formal and informal sociocultural education opportunities with the goal of providing the most informed and culturally competent care possible to create a safe environment for people from all walks of life and backgrounds. We know that accessing mental health care can be overwhelming. And recent events have only amplified the need for more accessible and affordable mental health care. Our therapists can offer individual, couples, and family counseling for you through MinuteClinic, located in CVS HealthHUB locations. We accept most larger insurance plans. We can bill your insurance directly, or you can pay with cash or credit card, or use your EAP benefits. Our availabilities are 7am-7:30pm.
