The Cooking Skills Academy is comprised of an array of courses, each focusing on a different aspect of cooking. All classes feature Health Craft and Royal Prestige products and most are hands-on, allowing you to cook right alongside our professional Chefs.

Our students typically gain 2-4 reading grade levels in 30-60 hours. Get results from this proven and simple, "back to the basics" method. Each 1 hour session is tailored to meet the needs of each student, allowing mastery and success. Students will see improvement, motivating them to learn as they achieve success with every lesson. Our program benefits all readers: advanced, average, struggling, speakers of other languages, learning disabled, ADHD, and dyslexic readers. Alpha Reading Center offers FREE Reading Assessments and consultations without obligation (worth $100+) . There are no contracts to lock you in.
