I teach drawing and painting classes to students age 7 and up, including adults. Students are taught realistic drawing and painting through and a variety of subjects such as: still-life, the figure, landscape, animals, cartooning, animation and more. The art instruction goes beyond arts & crafts, and teaches specific skills such as elements of drawing, shading, composition, the use of color, atmospheric affect, and how to really "see" the subject you are rendering. Classes meet once a week for six weeks and are limited to 6-8 students, are fun, very affordable and taught in a Christian, and non-competitive competitive. Classes are offered on a variety of days and times, including daytime for homeschoolers. Parents may sit and watch or relax in a living room setting or leave.
