Our mission: We are here to feed the musical appetite of Cuyahoga Falls, Stow-Munroe Falls, Hudson, Tallmadge, and the Greater Akron-Canton area. we currently offer lessons for guitar, piano, voice, drums, strings, and woodwinds. We provide students and instructors with an environment that fosters learning, inspiration, and both musical and personal growth. In all, we connect people to encourage a thriving and passionate music community. We have even been spreading the community wider through our online music courses and classes. What defines us? 1) We focus on teaching music – that is our number one priority. 2) Our guitar, piano, drum, woodwind, string, and vocal teachers take a personalized approach to making sure Falls Music students get the proper fundamentals and techniques to learn their instrument while still having a personalized program to reach the students to their individual goals. 3) We have programs for ages 4 to adult. We also teach at retirement homes and daycare centers, so we have experience teaching all ages. We encourage students to start at the age of 4. The younger you start, the better off you are! 4) Every student goes home with a binder of their personalized program. This makes it easy to incentivize practice, and chart practice for both student and parent. 5) To further motivate our students creatively, we also have a monthly "Jam Session" book that compiles ideas (chord progression ideas, soloing ideas) made up by the students at our school. Seeing their work written out gives our students a sense of accomplishment and allows them to learn ideas from students they may not encounter. This creates an active learning community as well as further helping with parental involvement. 6) We are very active with our online blog that provides practices tips and other music related content. We are also on all forms of social media, so that students and parents can stay connected! We love being able to spread musical ideas even when students are outside of their normal lesson time and also when parents are given opportunities to be engaged.
