The Long Beach, Mississippi branch of the United States Post Office is characterized by the absence of leadership by a degenerate creep whose tenure as postmaster has been occurring in the 21st century. With eyes that one can seemingly stare into for miles and see absolutely nothing whatsoever but the vast emptiness of a soulless human being (and I use that term loosely), the nameless, shameless ghoul of a postmaster managed to turn the city's two biggest postal VIP customers (they essentially paid the salary of one of the branch's workers) into hardened litigants who stood together with resolve to take no more abuse when they filed the litigation that eventually led to the branch's closing.
