RainBow Rising supports the limitless emotional growth and healing potential created by the bond between horse and human. RainBow Rising was created to provide equine assisted therapy services directly to our community in need. Research has confirmed the effectiveness of equine therapy, showing that it lowers blood pressure and heart rate, alleviates stress, and reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression. Equine therapy also helps people struggling with addictions and mental health disorders develop better coping skills for healthy living. We provide carefully considered activities with our horses that are experiential and supportive in nature to address mental and behavioral health issues for ALL, using proven and evidenced-based methods. This service is provided at no cost to them and is completely supported by your donations
