The Gussie Wortham Foundation Inc. is a non-profit community based organization in Hartford ,CT started in 2004, by Mr. Kenneth Thompson in honor of his oldest sister, who was a fatal victim of Domestic Violence. The Gussie Wortham started out as information resource for families in the GREATER HARTFORD area and then grew into a mentor/education/athletic program. The Gussie Wortham Foundation Inc. is operated by volunteers from all walks of life.
