Home-to-Home Foundation, Inc. (HTHF) is a non-profit 501c (3). Founded in 2000 by its President Richard Silverman, MD., Co-Founded by Vice President Tavis O. Tindall, Esq., Co- Vice President Lynn Tata, run by Exective Director Blair D. Foley, and it's dedicated board and fundraising chair Donna Johnson of DRA.
The mission of HTHF is bringing JOY, PURPOSE, & FULFILLMENT to residents in nursing homes and senior living facilities in our Community. by providing residents with meaningful visitations, programs, activities with adult and children volunteers, and many civic organization 's. , helping them reconnect to the community from which they formerly lived prior to moving into their new living environments.
We provide a range of interactive social and wellness programs to all residents and ensure that the program menu continues to evolve to meet the residents’ interests and needs, providing them with personalized sources of stimulation. Our programming positively influence the lives of the residents in profound measurable ways renewing their spirit, improving their quality of life, and helping reduce their dependence on psychotropic medications.
We are in 26 nursing homes across the region and 6 senior living facilities, bringing joy, purpose and fulfillment to many cherished recipients of our programs.
