The Armed Services YMCA of Missouri is a nonprofit organization with locations in downtown Waynesville, MO and on Fort Leonard Wood. Our goal is to serve our community at large while providing our nation’s young, and often inexperienced, military personnel with the support they need to build solid careers and strong families. Our free or low cost programs help strengthen young families as they learn to cope with the unique challenges of military life. Our primary focus is to provide programs that center on healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development. No two ASYMCA’s are exactly alike because no two communities are exactly alike. Our programs and facilities are always based on the distinct needs and interests of our communities.
