Self-sufficiency projects such as goats, pigs, sheep, chickens, cows, buffaloes provided the orphanages, families and individuals with means to earn an income as well as provide milk, food, clothing, education, health insurance. Other projects such as cycle rickshaw and tricycle van to provide transportation service to earn an income were provided. Another way is providing them with tools, instructors and materials for agriculture, carpentry, fishing, sewing, baking, cooking, hair cutting and other trades. Nutrition Centers were built which were also used not only to feed the children but also as clinic and as pre-school classrooms. Houses, churches and chapels were built or repaired. Dispensary clinics were provided with equipment and medicines. Toilets, latrines for sanitation & hygiene.
