Delta Delta Delta I 888 (8O7) 32(4I ) is currently used for chapter meetings and gathering for the sorority at Denison University. This building is the former home of Anthony P. Prichard, longtime Granville resident who once owned much of the land that makes up the main part of campus. Denison's American Commons Club used the home, then called Darrow Cottage, until 1927 when Delta Delta Delta acquired it. The sorority continues to use the home today. The living room addition was made in 1937.

Built in 1905, Doane Dance (in conjunction with the Eisner Center) is home to Denison University's Dance Department. Originally a gymnasium, the building was also home to art studios before being renovated to house the dance department starting in 1975. A large studio/performance space seating 100 is equipped with a full set of theatrical lights and a professional sound system. The building also houses a seminar room, a student computer lab, and a conference room.

Ebaugh Laboratories is an academic building that houses the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. It is named for William Clarence Ebaugh, a chemistry professor at Denison from 1917 to 1945. Ebaugh is connected to Herrick Hall, and designed by Gilbert Seltzer in brick to reflect the International Style of the 1930s. Ebaugh Laboratories contains laboratories equipped with a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, ultraviolet-visible spectrometer, and a computer-controlled gas chromatograph.

Wright Hall is a residential community at Denison University which provides senior students with four-person apartments. Dubbed early on as “the brownstones” for their distinctive architectural style, these residence halls feature four single bedrooms per apartment, each with a common area for shared dining and relaxing, a kitchen area with stove, oven, and refrigerator. Altogether, the brownstones house 112 men and women. They were commissioned by the Board of Trustees in 2003.

Shaw Hall is a residence hall with a mix of single, double, triple and suite style rooms located on East Quad built in 1939. The building of Brick and Bedford is designed in an Academic Georgian style. Shaw was built in 1939, by William Gehron. The building is named in honor of Denison's 12th President Avery A. Shaw and his wife. Avery Shaw took office in 1927 and deftly shepherded the college through the Great Depression until 1930.

Denison University's Doane Library offers students study spaces, computer labs, a large collection of books, periodicals, and the Denison Archives. It was built in 1937 by William Gehron, who was appointed the college architect in the same year. The library's design is drawn from Georgian style though facade mimics that of the south front of the Petit Trianon in the Garden of Versailles. It stands as a memorial to William H. Doane from his daughters who funded its construction.

Built for Captain Levi Rose who settled in Granville from Massachusetts in 1805. Rose also fought in the War of 1812. The home was given to the college as part of the Deeds Purchase of 1917. Rose House is currently home to the college's Investment Office.

Mitchell is home to a 200-meter indoor track, tennis courts, squash courts, fitness rooms, an Olympic-sized pool, gyms, and physical classrooms at Denison University. The Center was built by John Reid of Harden, Reid, and Jahnes of Newark in 1994 and named for Louis A. Mitchell 1957, a trustee and fourth generation Denison graduate, who was instrumental in funding the $7.3 million project. Mitchell was a star basketball player and was inducted into the Denison Athletic Hall Of Fame in 1975.
