Founded in 1985, Ravenel Associates, Inc. offers a full range of professional management services to a wide variety of communities. Our Managers have a full range of experience in association and regime management to include maintenance, contractor management, renovations, insurance procurement and claims management, storm preparation and clean-up, investment and long-range planning. Ravenel Associates manages approximately eighty condominium regimes and homeowners associations representing over 9,000 individual units on Kiawah, Seabrook, Wild Dunes, and the greater Charleston area.
