We were formed in 1997 by owning our first rental property in Pensacola, Florida. The company has experienced constant growth since then, especially after separating from the U.S. Air Force in 2003. Prior to 2003, we bought existing homes for leasing to the public. After 2003, we began another business, J.B. Home Construction, LLC (J.B. Home Construction); and began acquiring newly constructed homes and multi-family projects. "Never build a home that you cannot rent" is a motto that has proven vital in emerging stronger than our peers since the Great Recession began in 2008.
