My "Therapeutic Bodywork" is a confluence of many years of study and practice. The healing art of "Reiki", is where I began. Over many years, I've learned CranioSacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release, Massage, Zero Balance, Visceral Manipulation, EMF Balancing and more. All these Therapeutic Disciplines have much in common. Most use gentle / subtle manipulation techniques. All use a felt or palpation sense as well as intuitive sense when they are practiced. Traditonal Deep Tissue Massage and Swedish Massage are also available. "Maitri" Yoga Classes - Thursday Evenings - 5:30 -7:15PM. a gentle form of Yoga....Designed for reducing the effects of Stress..
