Local residents Ester and Ben Sherman established Tioga County Memorial Garden in 1967. Tioga is conveniently located on Route 6, between Wellsboro and Mansfield, Pa., making it very easily accessible. The grounds consist of six beautiful, well-maintained gardens. The gardens include an exclusive veterans section, as well as the Garden of Light, our double-depth section.
