All our grains are organic, we grind our grain the day we make our goods. We only use organic sugar, honey, and molasses in the entire bakery. No white processed sugar is even on the premises. Most of the fruits and vegtables come from our own garden and or the local farmers markets. All our breads are made with a sourdough starter, even our gluten free breads are made with our sorghum starter. Our pie crust is Julia Child's recipe, we have no soggy bottoms!!!! Our pies are high in fruit and low in sugar and thickened only with organic tapioca. We welcome your special order, wholesale and retail.
