The units are clustered around the main lodge and each is themed to create an individualized and unique environment. The guest lifestyle includes a lazy, relaxed and unpretentious experience. The location, in the heart of Morrison’s business district, is within minutes of Red Rocks and at the start of Bear Creek Canyon leading to the historic town of Evergreen, Mount Evans, and the Arapahoe National Forest. Guests are offered the opportunity to enjoy the laidback pace of a historic Colorado mountain town; explore the internationally acclaimed Red Rocks and its equally famous concert amphitheater; schedule a beautiful drive through the canyon for lunch or dinner in Evergreen; or enjoy an incomparable day of hiking. In short, a stay at Cliff House Lodge represents a very eclectic encounter in a unique setting and an incomparable location. With a main Lodge and 8 individually themed Cottages (e.g. “Camelot”, “Dino”, “Peking”, “Honeymoon”, etc.), all including hot tubs. The Lodge Front Desk/Sitting Room area is reminiscent of a quaint rural European B&B. The Great Room is constructed in a porch-styled setting with large overstuffed leather furniture, high-top round tables, and lodge-like accouterments. The property is approximately one acre and envelopes the 8 cottages and the Lodge House. The grounds, dotted by trees and stone walk ways, reflect classic “foothills” landscape with a touch of a European/ Southwest influence. The Cliff House is not regulated by stringent policies or procedures, but rather, a free-style approach to “guest enjoyment”. Cliff House Lodge is within walking distance to town and easily accessible to Red Rocks Amphitheater.
