Chamette dance studio is a well established and respected dance school located in south-central St Louis county. For more than 60 years, Charmette has offered a wide variety of dance classes and private lessons for all levels of dancers ages 3 through high school, as well as adults. The dance school prides itself on having an experienced adult teaching staff, who provide positive, supportive instruction and reinforcement in acro, ballet, pointe, modern, hip hop, jazz, lyrical, musical theater and tap. In addition, the studio offers classes for home school, Mommy / Daddy and Me, adult ballet/jazz, and Zumba fitness. For students who want to pursue dance at a competitive level, Charmette is home of the Stars of Tomorrow -- a company of nationally recognized and award winning groups.

Lil dragon's ages 4 thru 6. We teach the basics of martial arts, such as stances hand strikes an kicks. Ages 7 thru adults we teach forms self defense and physical fittness. We teach adults a more agressive style of self defense. We offer weapons training in bow, kamas, sai, nunchucks. To thoses who are black belts only we offer sword training. This is a serious and committed dicipline. So only those who have achived there black belt are eligibal for this. We are very committed to physical training also. Good health and physical fittness is key to being a great martial artist. We offer family classes as well as adults only classes.
